  • Who Can Apply: At least 7 years experience in communications, marketing, public relations, audience development, or related field with supervisory and budget-management experience; Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or substantial experience in museums, arts/culture, higher education, design, art history, or humanities strongly preferred.
  • The Focus: Developing and implementing integrated communications and marketing strategy; brand consistency; audience development; media relations; digital strategy; creative production; tracking and analyzing audience engagement; leading staff and external partners.
  • Compensation: Salary $130,000–$140,000; full benefits including health insurance, TIAA retirement, generous vacation/sick/personal time.
  • Key Requirements: Cover letter, resume, at least 3 relevant writing, campaign, or portfolio samples.
