- Who Can Apply: Individual artists 18+ living in Jefferson, Lewis, or St. Lawrence County, NY, or the Akwesasne Mohawk Nation; not enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program.
- The Focus: Creation of new, original work that includes community involvement and/or a public performance or exhibition.
- The Funding: Grant of $1,500 or $3,000; no matching funds required.
- Key Requirements: Completed online application with project budget worksheet; proof of physical address within the service area; first-time applicants must attend an info session or meet the Grants Manager before submitting.
