  • Who Can Apply: Individuals of legal age who are native of and resident in Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles or Mozambique, or organisations legally constituted there for at least one year, managing the project directly and without a previous ICC grant.
  • The Focus: Creation of digital, immersive, interactive or game-based works and digitisation projects that valorise Indian Ocean cultural heritage, with priority for gender-equality impact; music, film, video-clip and promotional productions are excluded.
  • The Funding: Grant of up to EUR 11,000 (call total EUR 55,000) for services, invited-operator travel/per diem, artistic production, and equipment under EUR 250 per unit.
  • Key Requirements: Completed and signed application form, signed integrity declaration and gender commitment letter, budget on the provided template, passport/proof of identity, registration proof for organisations, and CV/portfolio; projects run 3 to 12 months. Late or incomplete applications are rejected.

Documents in Portuguese must be translated into English or French. Award requires a bank account and the beneficiary is responsible for taxes.
