- The Focus: 80% fee subsidy toward a 3 or 4 day art course at St Ives School of Painting
- Cost: 80% of the course fee covered, up to £340; artists pay the remaining 20%
- Key Requirements: Online application with proof of age and Cornwall address, art education/experience details, artist statement about your work and goals, chosen course, and up to 5 images of work
