All-inclusive: covers artist/creative fees, engagement and co-creation activity, design development, materials and fabrication, specialist or subcontractor costs, travel and expenses, installation, documentation and handover information, and project contingency. It is the total budget, not a per-practitioner fee; if more than one practitioner or team is appointed it is divided. Arts Council England funding is being sought to expand the commission; if proposals are developed further, shortlisted applicants would receive a development fee confirmed in advance.
