Application notesApplications must be submitted online only; paper, handwritten, hand-delivered, faxed, emailed, or mailed applications will not be accepted. There is no budget form. Applicants may submit application drafts via email to nate@eARTS.org by November 20, 2026 for review. Schools cannot apply (PTAs with independent nonprofit status can); teachers cannot be the applicant for their own school unless the project occurs during off-contract hours. Changes to a submitted application can be made up until the deadline. Info sessions and drop-in hours are announced on the grants homepage.
