Application notesApplicants must have completed any current formal study before 1 April 2027. Must demonstrate engagement with contemporary and historical art. TEAR is non-accredited and cannot sponsor visas; international applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK (e.g., via Global Talent Visa). Part-time work permitted Thursday–Sunday only; Mondays–Wednesdays reserved for TEAR activities. Scheduled breaks total up to 10 weeks across 15 months (summer, Christmas, Easter). Studios remain open during breaks. Residents must be able to work closely with others in an intense shared environment and welcome external visitors. Residents are asked to consider donating one artwork to the Foundation Collection at programme end. Foundation takes 10% commission on works sold in exhibitions at TKE Studios. Application materials must be submitted using the official JotForm template; submissions outside this format cannot be considered. All links to videos must remain live until end of November 2026. No feedback provided to non-shortlisted applicants.
