Application notesRegister at the portal and select Q-FWA. Submit the specified PDF application form, CV (PDF/Word), project description (PDF/Word; maximum 5 A4 pages, 12-point type), host information/contact/CV (PDF/Word), and specified Word schedule. Abstract: maximum 200 English words or 400 Japanese words. Describe purpose, activities, destination/duration rationale, preparations, goals and career relevance. Obtain acceptance from 1–2 hosts; issue their dedicated upload link so they submit the acceptance form or signed letter by December 1, 2026, 13:00 JST.
