Housing: 2 bed/2 bath campus apartment
  • Who Can Apply: Practicing visual artists with significant exhibition records, MFA/MA in Visual Arts or equivalent professional experience, proven record of consistent professional achievements, and experience producing public artwork, sculptures, or large-scale paintings.
  • The Focus: Creating a permanent public artwork such as a mural or free-standing sculpture to be installed on the ATU campus while engaging with the campus community.
  • The Funding: $30,000 stipend (minus fringes), $18,000 for supplies, housing in 2-bed/2-bath campus apartment, and dedicated off-campus studio space.
  • Key Requirements: Must commit as full-time resident for Fall 2026 academic term (August 8 – December 18, 2026); project must be completed and installed by December 12, 2026; submit PDF with project proposal, design drawing, budget, CV/resume, artist statement, ten images of work, and three references.
