Application notesSubmissions must be made digitally via Artwork Archive. Images must not exceed 10 MB. Late submissions will not be accepted. The design should activate the entire west-facing wall and demonstrate awareness of feasibility of production and installation. Guidelines require high-quality mural pigments and materials for outdoor use, UV-sealing varnish, and where applicable, anti-graffiti topcoat. Artist retains copyright; Spruill Center for the Arts receives permission to reproduce the image for promotion purposes. Ownership of the work transfers to Spruill Center for the Arts upon contract signing. For application questions, contact smorris@spruillarts.org.
