- Who Can Apply: Egyptian nationals aged 18–40 as of December 31, 2026.
- The Focus: Original paintings in watercolor, oil, acrylic, or mixed media (each side 80–120 cm), produced no earlier than 2024.
- The Funding: First place 75,000 EGP + trophy; second 50,000 EGP; third 25,000 EGP.
- Key Requirements: Submit via the online form with two artwork photos in JPG (5–10 MB, longest side at least 2,000 px, at least 300 dpi), a concept statement of up to 150 words, personal data, a short bio of up to 300 words, an optional portfolio of up to 10 previous works, and an optional link to previous work.

Application notesSubmissions are made only through the online registration page (apply.faroukhosnyfoundation.org). Entrants under 21 must have a parent or guardian sign the statement. Finalists must attend and actively participate in the collective exhibition inauguration; the monetary award is granted to winners in person only. The Foundation retains submitted artworks until the end of the collective exhibition, and artworks must be collected within 15 days after it ends. Works that previously won awards, were exhibited, used in graduation projects, or used commercially are ineligible. The Foundation does not bear transfer expenses or insurance costs for participating artworks.
