Application notesSubmit up to three JPG photographs, each 5–10 MB, shortest side at least 2,000 pixels and resolution at least 300 dpi; include a file-sharing link to original image files, such as RAW. Provide full name, national ID, birth date, email, phone, address, qualifications and biography up to 300 words. Work must be original, made in 2025 or later, not artificially generated, and contain no self-portrait, identity-revealing content, text or signatures. Semi-finalists deliver a professionally finished print with a 50 cm longest side in a plain flat black glass frame 2 cm wide. Under-21 participants need a parent/guardian signature. Finalists attend the exhibition opening; winners attend the award presentation. Printing, framing, travel, transfer, insurance and prize taxes are the participant’s responsibility.
