  • Who Can Apply: Artists aged 18 or older who legally reside in Argentina may enter individually or collectively. The applicant or collective representative must supply an Argentine DNI; recipients of FNA grants or prizes in 2024–2026 are excluded.
  • The Focus: Finished art-and-technology works completed after 1 January 2024 may use digital, electronic, immersive or emerging technologies and must be suitable for a group exhibition at Palacio Libertad.
  • The Funding: Prizes are ARS 3,000,000, 2,000,000 and 1,000,000, with ARS 600,000 for other selected exhibitors. Artists cover transport and provide equipment and installation for the exhibition.
  • Key Requirements: Register once through the author's FNA account, or a collective member's account. Supply both sides of an Argentine DNI, a description up to 2,000 characters and photos/videos of the functioning work; installations may include a PDF render and reference links.

Application notesRegister and complete one application through the author's own FNA account at app.fnartes.gob.ar; a collective applies through one representative member. Upload both sides of an Argentine DNI (a pending-DNI receipt is insufficient), photos and/or video demonstrating the functioning work, and a descriptive statement of up to 2,000 characters. Reference links may be added; installations may include a PDF render. Collaborating authors must authorize the submission and receipt of any award. Registration is online only through the FNA digital platform (app.fnartes.gob.ar), from the author's own user account. Only one submission per applicant is allowed. Works shown in 2026 exhibitions, entered simultaneously in other competitions, or previously awarded are excluded, as are works made with living, perishable, flammable, explosive, acidic or polluting materials. Selected artists must commit to the in-person group exhibition at Palacio Libertad, Centro Cultural Domingo Faustino Sarmiento; date to be confirmed. Selected artists must provide equipment, transport, installation and collection at their own expense.
