Fontys Academy of the Arts Lecturer in Visual Arts and Design – Art Education (Docent Beeldende Kunst en Vormgeving – Kunsteducatie)
- Who Can Apply: Practising artists/makers who teach (or have taught) the arts, preferably visual art and design, with 3–5 years' work experience, a higher-professional (HBO) bachelor's degree (master's an advantage), a Dutch teaching qualification (lesbevoegdheid) or BKO (BKE an advantage) and experience teaching in secondary education
- The Focus: Part-time lecturer post in the Visual Arts and Design teacher-training programme (DBKV) at Fontys Academy of the Arts, Tilburg: coaching third- and fourth-year students, supervising internships and graduation, teaching integrated art-education lessons and acting as examiner
- Compensation: The lecturer is paid on salary scale 11 (€4,632.17–€6,677.44 gross per month as listed for the scale) for 20 hours per week, plus 8% holiday allowance and an 8.3% year-end bonus; temporary 1-year contract with prospect of extension
