Visitor Services Associate — Bard Graduate Center
  • Who Can Apply: Previous experience in museum visitor services, theater front-of-house, or similar customer service setting required; weekend availability required; proficiency with MS Office and comfort learning ticketing/POS platforms (SimpleTix, Square).
  • The Focus: Providing exceptional customer service; opening/closing gallery; processing ticket and merchandise sales; troubleshooting digital systems; checking in guests; managing voicemail and phone calls; sharing institutional information; assisting with inventory and event registration.
  • Compensation: $25/hour, approximately 22 hours per week; non-benefits-eligible.
